Meet Tami
As the owner of Camp K9, my passion goes far beyond caring for dogs. It’s about creating an environment where both dogs and people can thrive.
With a degree in Psychology and several years of experience working with children, I’ve always been fascinated by behavior, learning, and development. That foundation ultimately led me to pursue my true passion: working with dogs.
I believe every dog deserves more than just supervision. They deserve thoughtful care, meaningful enrichment, and opportunities to grow socially, mentally, and physically. Building a business centered around those values has allowed me to create a place where dogs are understood, challenged, and cared for as individuals.
Equally important to me is building a strong, knowledgeable team. I am committed to mentoring and developing our team by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed. My goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning, where the lessons gained at Camp K9 extend beyond the workplace and positively impact everyday life.
When I’m not at Camp K9, you’ll likely find me planning my next adventure. I love traveling, exploring new places, and embracing experiences that challenge me to grow, because I believe the best leaders never stop learning.
